The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable! We loved the pool, which was a refreshing highlight during our afternoon relaxation.
Our room, unfortunately, had a strong sewage smell that was quite concerning. There were maintenance issues with the elevators too!

I absolutely loved the spacious King Room Sofa Bed, it felt like a little home away from home! The heated pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day, while the on-site café served up the tastiest locally sourced breakfast items. Plus, the complimentary shuttle made getting to and from the airport a breeze!

I had a terrible experience with housekeeping. They were rude and unhelpful when I requested extra blankets. Plus, the shower lever was broken, and it was hours before anyone came to fix it. The overall state of the hotel felt neglected, with dirty carpets and poor maintenance in common areas.

The chop salads were legendary, bursting with flavors that danced in your mouth! Also, the location was perfect for our Burning Man prep, with delicious nearby spots like Carlito's Burritos and Black Bear Diner to fuel our adventures.
When we rang the front desk, they promised to sort it out, which kept the vibe steady even if the hot water didn't flow immediately.

This hotel could use some serious work!!! The shuttle service availability is an absolute joke, and the elevators have more downtime than they should. Don't even get me started on the inconsistent room quality. That’s a huge letdown!!!
